Introduction

When taking a visit towards Malaga you will struggle to make a decision to what you want with so much choice, game meat is especially popular with one great example being 'Habas a la Rondeña' (pepper, tomato, and onion hash, oh yes one more ingredient bulls tails). Another delicious one to try is 'Ajoblanco soup' this contains garlic, olive oil, almonds and white grapes and this is why it has the term 'blanco' in the name. When it comes down to the dessert you will be spoilt for choice and there are a large variety of styles that you can dig into.

So why not get yourself started on tasty Almond cakes 'Bienmesabe' (the ingredients include coconuts, egg yolks, sugar and muscatel). There is no surprise that the further you stray away from the coast the less you will see seafood on the menu and it starts drifting more towards the game meat as mentioned with the interesting bull tail earlier. Though its not all about that, especially for vegetarians there are some great dishes you can try and one of those is named 'Chambao' (where it's a combination of diced tomatos, cucumber, onions, peppers and oil).

Though if the talk of seafood got the tastebuds tingling then no problem heres a list of some of the excellent cuisine that you can dive (excuse the pun) in to try. There is 'Pescaito Frito' (a combination of anchovies, scads, red mullet, octopus and calamary).
