Introduction

Museums
- La Recova Art Center- Plenty of culture going on within these walls as there are several art exhibitions which are sure to impress and it has a contemporary feel to it with the graphic art headquarters for the school.
- Natural and Human history- The collection has been distributed from smaller museums and has several invaluable pieces of history whether it be some of the archaeological specimens and some brilliant pieces of art.
- Anthropology museum- This museum offers a spectacular range of history which is ready for all to enjoy which goes all the way back to the 18th century building. It will help you to expand the understanding of all aspects of the human race and how things have developed over the year in a fun and practical way, its a great alternative to the norm and it sure to give you a day to remember
Nightlife
- Playa de las Americas is one of the hotspots in Tenerife there is a score of wonderful bars and clubs which are waiting for you to jump into the party mood. One of the top bars is named Bobby's don't let the name throw you as it is two floors of a mix of genres will give you a great time.
- Bar 39- A host of life music along with a karaoke for whoever is brave enough with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere
- Tramps- The name is slightly ironic as it offers one of the most luxurious experiences on the island being the place big Djs such as Trevor Nelson and Judge Jules have chosen to play their set, it even offers free admission when it isn't an event night and boasts 3 different rooms with a different vibe to accomidate all tastes. A really glamourous place that will certainly make you a repeat visitor.
- O'Jangles- O'Jangles presents the Irish experience that everyone has come to know to love, around any country you go to the odds are in your favor in finding an Irish bar, O'Jangles offers some traditional british cuisine such as fish and chips which will sound like music to many peoples ears. Also you have the fun atmosphere with lively music and a great cup of coffee in the morning.
- Jazzisimo Piano Bar- It sets the chilled out mood with its fresh blend of jazz, soul and funk music, as it caters for your ears you soon find it accomidating to your other senses with an extensive drink list and has some trendy decor within the four walls, the drinks aren't exactly your typical 2 for 1 offer but you get what you pay for in this relaxed atmosphere.
- Bobby's- It offers an electric atmosphere that is filled with the classic house tunes that bring back good memories and with some of the best DJs on the Island ready to keep you dancing to the very early hours of the morning you shouldn't have any hesitation of getting involved. If the dancing gets a bit too much for you thats no problem as they also have a games area which you get throw yourself into.
- Casino Royal- With its unusual design from the norm why not relive all the favourite scenes that pop up of the james bond film (we don't blame you) and get involved with the entertainment on offer in this impressive casino though be sure to remember some identification if your going.
