The city of Valencia is on hand to ensure that you are entertained with some top end sports, you have the sailing cup known as America's cup where it was held in 2007 and 2009 and it is one of the most famous events on the aquatic calender. Valencia have kept themselves on top of things by having two teams in La Liga which is the top division of Spain, the stadium is ready for a force of fans reaching up to 55,000 and with the dedication of the followers don't be suprised to fight for a ticket.

Basketball is always gaining popularity and Spains national team is one of the best ranked in the world. The team is Pamesa Valencia and if you fancy catching some of the skills in one of the fast paced games then head down to Pabellón Municipal Fuente San Lluis de Valencia with its 9000 capacity though is called "La Fonteta".
