Spanish + Spanish Literature
Our Spanish + Spanish Literature course is a wonderful opportunity for students interested in improving their Spanish grammar and vocabulary while reading and learning about Spanish-language literature and authors. We will cover works from both Spain and Latin America in order to provide a global understanding of the Spanish literary cannon, and we will analyze all texts in Spanish, as they were originally written.
We will identify key literary trends and periods, such as the Golden Age, the Romantic era, the Generation of 1927, the Contemporary Novel and more, and discover the works of Cervantes, Lorca, García Márquez, Cela, Isabel Allende, Borges and Carlos Fuentes.
